It may happen, for various reasons, that a collaborator stops receiving surveys from Haiilo Insights.
The first thing to do is to check whether the person is listed in the collaborator file imported into the tool. To do this, go to the “Organization” tab and then “Users” to identify the collaborator. If the collaborator is missing from the file, it is normal that they do not receive the surveys.
If so, you have two options:
- Add the missing collaborator (to know how to do this, click here).
- Reintegrate the collaborator during the next update of the file. We also invite you to check that the address entered is correct.
They will have to be reintegrated at the next update. Please also check that the address you enter is correct.
If the person is listed in your file, there are several reasons why they may no longer be receiving surveys:
– their email address may be blocked by the email servers (due to suspicion of spam or phishing);
– any collaborator may choose to stop receiving emails from Haiilo Insights and unsubscribe from our mailing lists.
In these cases, please contact your Haiilo Insights contact person to allow us to reactivate this email address.
