The question library
Jubiwee gives you access to a library of over 200 questions on topics related to the employee experience (remote working, management, engagement, etc.). These questions come from experts we’ve worked with and from campaigns sent by our clients.
Create a question
Before creating a campaign, we recommend that you select or create the questions you want to include in the campaign. To create your own questions or edit an existing question, navigate to “Questions” in the “Campaigns” tab.
To create a new question, click on “New question”, then choose the “Question type” and the “Category” with which your question will be associated. Once the category is selected, write your question in the box provided. Finally, click on “Save” to save your question.
Edit a question
To edit an existing question, select a category from the menu on the left side of the screen, then select the question and click on “Edit”.
The question will appear on the right side of your screen. You can modify the content of the question in the “Questions” box.
Question types
Several types of questions are available when you create a campaign:
Quantitative questions
Quantitative questions are represented by several response methods:
- Satisfaction index: smiley or target,
- Score from 1 to 5,
- Response Yes/No,
- Scale from Very false to Very true.
Scores (out of 10) are associated with these questions.
Qualitative questions
Qualitative questions are represented by three types:
- Open answer,
- Multiple choices,
- List of single-choice questions.
Categories of questions
The questions suggested by Jubiwee are classified by category: Management, Culture and Values, Engagement Barometer, Atmosphere and Recognition, Work environment, Position and Development.
The tool is fully customizable: you can also create your own categories.
Add a question to a campaign
In the “Campaigns” tab, under “Question”, drag the questions in the box on the left side of the screen from left to right and arrange them in the desired order (the top question will be the first question in the survey).
Best practices for creating a survey (number of questions, question order, etc.)
Here are some best practices for creating your survey:
- For regular surveys (weekly or monthly), we recommend between 3 and 6 questions, so that it doesn’t take more than a minute to complete,
- Vary the type of questions,
- Put qualitative questions at the end of the questionnaire,
- Don’t ask too many qualitative questions (one or two at most).
Set the frequency of a campaign
The same campaign can be sent once or several times at a regular time interval. The choice of frequency is made when setting up the campaign (“Campaigns” tab).
In the “Schedule” section, you can choose:
- Once: the campaign will be sent once, on the selected date.
- Recurring: the campaign will be sent according to the chosen frequency. Choose between:
- Once a week,
- Once a month,
- Twice a month.
Reminders
Reminders are sent to people who have not yet responded to the campaign.
Automatic reminders
Two reminders are sent: the first one is sent three working days after the launch of the campaign and the second one is sent two working days after the first reminder (five working days after the launch).
Example: for a campaign that is launched on Monday, the reminders will be sent on Thursday and the following Monday.
This feature can be selected when creating a campaign, by choosing “Smart reminders” (by default). It can be turned off at any time.
Manual reminder
It is possible to send reminders manually by clicking on the “Settings” button, then “Remind”. The reminder is then sent automatically. Use reminders sparingly in order not to irritate your collaborators.
Target a campaign
On the “Target population” section in the “Campaigns” tab, select "A subset of the company" to the targeted population of the campaign. If no filter is selected, the campaign will be sent to the entire population.
Customize the survey invitation message
It is possible to personalize the message inviting employees to take a survey.
To do so, navigate to the “Campaigns” tab. In the “Scheduled” column, click on “Notifications” to modify the subject, title, or body of the message (in French or in the other languages activated on your account).
