The user base is the list of all the recipients of your campaigns. It is composed of:
- employees
- managers, with or without access to the tool
- employers (or administrators), who have rights to create and send campaigns.
This database is made up of attribute filters, which are essential for analyzing your results and identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
To prepare your employee database, indicate the filters and attributes that you wish to integrate in the Excel file sent by us.
Filter: designates a group of attributes
Example: Type of contract, Management, Department, Service
Attribute: designates a filter value
Example of attributes for the "Type of contract" filter: Permanent, Internship
Once completed, this file is sent to the customer support team and imported into the tool.
