When creating your campaign, you can choose whether this campaign will be aimed at your entire organization or a specific target population.
To target a specific population, click on “A subset of the company”. You can then select the filter corresponding to your target and click on “Add”.
If the chosen population has several filters, select them in a row and click on “Add”. The attributes must appear next to each other.
In the example above, the target population for the campaign is “senior staff in the Sales Department.”
To send the campaign to several specific populations, first select a filter, then click on “Add”. Then select another filter and click on “Add” The second filter is then displayed below the first, rather than next to it.
In the example above, the target populations are, on the one hand, all the company’s senior employees and o the other hand all the employees of the Sales Department.
Don't forget to click on “Add” at the bottom right of your screen to validate the selected filters before saving your campaign.
